Topper is a 7 yr. old Shih Tzu who weighs 11 lbs. and has the most beautiful caramel colored eyes. He was neglected before coming into rescue, but has recovered nicely. Topper is a friendly and happy pup who enjoys being close to his people. He is coming along nicely on his housetraining skills and he is beginning to gain weight while in foster care. He is very friendly and likes to be near you all the time. He likes to lay on a blanket next to the sofa when you're on it, and sleeps all night in the big bed with his furbrothers and foster parents. Topper just loves television and sometimes likes to talk to the people on the tv! He also takes a bath very willingly and always seems happy now. This sweet Shih Tzu boy is fostering in PA.
