Skooter is a nine month old male Shih Tzu puppy. This darlingl little boy is black and white, with some gold. Like any puppy, he is very inquisitive and playful. He was given up because his family worked long hours and he wasn't getting the time and attention they knew he deserved. Skooter can be shy at first, but warms up quickly. He is very social and likes to be held and get belly rubs. He is 99% housetrained, with only an occasional accident. Skooter needs an at home parent, and another young furbaby to romp and play with. He is fostering in the northeast.
