Mimi - Female Rat Terrier
Mimi is a 4 year old, 14 lb. Rat Terrier. Extremely sweet, affectionate and submissive, she just wants to please and nothing makes her happier than a tummy rub and lying next to you on the sofa or her favorite place, under the covers in bed. She will sleep in our easy chair in the bedroom when the bed has too many dogs in it (not too many for her mind you) for my husband. She's timid at first and will take a few days to warm up but then you'll have a best friend. She can run like the wind and loves to do it but she walks well on a leash too. Mimi loves car rides. She uses our doggie door and has never had an accident in the house. She gets along great with other dogs and cats and came from a home with two children, ages 9 and 12, so that would be fine, however no young kids.
