Meet Charles, our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Charles is almost 2 years old, and weighs a healthy 25 pounds. He is the sweetest and most well-mannered little guy ever!He loves people, cats, kids, and other dogs. He walks well on a leash and is working diligently on his house training. Charles came into rescue from a commercial breeding facility, so he is learning about things like grass, birds and freedom. His time spent in the facility has had no bearing on his personality and his love for life. His favorite things are his chew toys and his FOOD! Charles loves to eat! He is currently fostering in upstate New York
