Caroline - Female Shih Tzu
Caroline is an exquisite black and white Shih Tzu. She is approximately 5-6 years of age, has an incredibly soft, luxurious coat with an amazing tail, and a fabulous personality. Caroline is perfectly house trained, thriving on the praise she receives, such ask "good girl!" after she does her business outside. This beautiful Shih Tzu is very responsive to men, women and children, and greets everyone who comes to the door. Although she doesn't care for leash walking - preferring to race around in the fenced in yard with the other dogs – she is leash trained. Caroline sleeps in the big bed with her humans and gets along with all the dogs in the house as long as they aren't puppy-like and rambunctious. Caroline barks frantically at cats on the television, so would probably do best in a home with no kitties. This beautiful black and white Shih Tzu needs a fenced in yard, another furbaby to play with, a person at home for at least part of the day, and someone who will continue to dote on her as she so very much deserves. Caroline was rescued from a commercia breeding facility, and has made wonderful progress in her foster home, but she can be reserved with people, and doesn't particularly want to be forced to sit on a human's lap, although she snuggle on the couch if invited. She is loving, social and affectionate and needs a home that will continue to teach her how wonderful life can be. Caroline is fostering in the Northeast and is ready for her forever home.
